1. All walls and flooring are carved from xps foam

2. All cuts and texturing are done by hand by me

3. All finished panels are sealed with either an aerosol or brushed on Matte sealer to protect finish.

4. This dio is held together using bar magnets and can be taken apart easy and reassembled.

5. This diorama is lighted and comes with two batteries.

6. Edges are sealed with black mod podge then overlaid with black matte protective tape to protect against chipping.

7. Supporting props doors, window, ladder, light fixture are 3d printed from models I design.

8. Door is hinged and functions.

9. Light turns on and off.

10. This diorama is made by me each cut and brush stroke is made by me a real human. I measure I cut I paint. So each diorama is a bit unique from the next.
